SHIPPING POLICY
We are based in Pune, Maharashtra and currently ship orders to Pune CIty only. It generally takes us 2-7 days to ship your order to your door-step.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you have ordered the wrong product or if you simply wish to change your order, kindly write to us at arkkaoils@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will exchange the product for you. We do not provide exchange for already opened products.
If you find your product to be damaged upon delivery, kindly write to us within 24hrs of delivery along with product pictures. We will exchange the products for you.
To cancel your order, write to us within 24hrs of placing your order. We will refund the amount within 4-7 days. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
We do not provide refunds except in the above situation. If you face any issues with your order, kindly write to us at arkkaoils@gmail.com. We would be more than happy to assist you!
